Renovation of an office space dedicated to professional training – 500 m2
The site was in an advanced state of disrepair, with large areas deprived of natural light. Our approach focused on a smart reconfiguration of volumes to maximize every square meter and bring light into the heart of the building. The original offices, housed in a former train station, held no significant architectural heritage value—giving us the freedom to pursue a bold, creative vision.
We chose a vintage-inspired design aesthetic, drawing from the cinematic world of Wes Anderson to infuse the space with a strong, memorable identity. The goal: to create the illusion that these interiors had always belonged to the building’s original architecture. The result is a distinctive, immersive atmosphere.
Some visitors liken the main hall, which leads to the training rooms, to a train car waiting at the platform. A fitting interpretation—and no coincidence.
